Professor Masoumeh Jafari, with four years of teaching at Pegah High School and one year of working as a psychological-social advisor at SBAO, has played a significant role in education and counseling. She then worked for two years as a psychological-social advisor for UN Women projects in Paktia province, where she supported women and girls in remote areas. In addition, Professor Jafari has been active in the fields of culture and literature, publishing several short stories on the websites Rakhshana and Nim Rokh. She has also contributed stories to the book Pegah Parvaz, reflecting the social and cultural issues of Afghanistan.

Ghulam Reza Nawed is a prominent figure in the field of education and the enhancement of the capabilities of the new generation. As an active researcher and educator, he has consistently focused on improving the quality of education, developing both individual and social skills among students, and advancing the scientific and practical knowledge of the younger generation. Nawed has contributed to the transformation of the education system through innovative teaching methods and by promoting new educational practices. His work includes creating more learning opportunities for both students and teachers, and he has played a significant role in advancing the educational landscape.

Dr. Sayed Zahir Mosawi, son of Sayed Hossein, was born in 1971 in Zarsang, Dara-e-Sadat, Bamyan province, Afghanistan. In his childhood, he migrated with his family to the Islamic Republic of Iran, where he completed his primary, secondary, and university education, earning a degree in Persian Literature. During his student years, he co-founded the “Asr-e Danesh” Association with a group of Afghan students and launched the monthly magazine “Tafahom.” He also organized educational programs and community schools for undocumented Afghan children and established a public library for Afghan youth in Iran. In 2002, he returned to Afghanistan and worked with CAWC as a coordinator of educational, health, and infrastructure programs. He then joined UN-Habitat, where he served for seven years in education and training roles. In 2010, Dr. Mosawi became a Master Trainer at Women for Afghan Women (WAW) see under the Anti-Human Trafficking Project.

Noor Hassan Surosh was born in Maidan Wardak in 1987 according to his official ID. During his childhood, he moved to Kabul, and later spent several years in Pakistan before returning to Afghanistan. In 2019, he enrolled at Kateb University and graduated in 2022 with a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations. Since 2007, he has been actively involved in the field of education, working in various roles related to teaching, educational program support, administrative management, and organizational communication.

Mohammad Taher Azizi, son of Mohammad, have graduated with a Master’s degree in Educational Management from Kabul University. Throughout my career journey, I have gained valuable experience at the SBAO organization, which has enhanced my academic and professional abilities in the field of management and education.

Fatemeh Ahmadi, daughter of Bahman Ali, have graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Department of Biology. Throughout my work experience, I have served in the management of private schools, which has strengthened my scientific and managerial skills.

I graduated with a degree in Sociology in 2014, a field that strengthened my understanding of social structures, inequality, and human development. Since completing my studies, I have dedicated myself to the field of education, with more than ten years of experience teaching at the primary level. Alongside my classroom work, I have actively participated in scientific and cultural associations, contributing to collaborative initiatives that promote learning, dialogue, and community development. In addition to my formal teaching experience, I have been deeply involved in volunteer literacy programs aimed at expanding access to education for underserved populations. These programs have primarily focused on adult learners, especially mothers, reflecting my strong belief that educating women is key to empowering families and fostering sustainable social progress.

Mohammad Taqi Raya is a passionate cybersecurity expert and educator dedicated to empowering the next generation of ethical hackers and digital defenders. He is also the founder of BTB, a growing startup focused on innovation and progress in the field of technology. With his vision and leadership, Taqi continues to inspire young talents to explore, learn new skills, and develop creative solutions in the digital world, encouraging them to actively contribute to technological innovation and progress.
